Broccoli has a worldwide reputation for its micro and macro nutrients that includes protein, folic acid, iron, calcium, vitamins A, B, C, K and fiber. So, it would be a great idea to include it in your diet. Tapioca is a portion of relatively rich food, which will help satiate your baby’s hunger and it is fairly digestible and therefore your baby absorbs it pretty easily. It has a significant amount of nutriments like vitamin C, mineral salts.

½ cup tapioca pearls, ½ cup cooked broccoli, pinch of freshly ground black pepper, 1 cup water and ½ cup milk
1. Wash and soak the tapioca pearls in ½ cup water for 15 minutes.
2. Boil ½ cup water in a saucepan and add the soaked tapioca pearls and cook for 10 minutes stirring continuously or until the pearls are bit transparent.
3. Add the cooked broccoli and the pepper powder and cook for 3 minutes stirring constantly.
4. Cool and transfer in a blender and blend.
5. Transfer the puree to the saucepan; add milk for warm gently over a low heat, stirring constantly.
