Mangoes are an excellent source of dietary fiber and vitamin B6, as well as a good source of vitamin A and vitamin C. They are rich in minerals like potassium, magnesium, and copper and super yummy to taste! Addition of mango to a normal payasam doubles its health benefits and also makes it tasty to eat!

Ragi, mango pieces, jaggery, water, milk, ghee
1. Take ragi in a pot. Add water and cook until ragi becomes a soft paste. Put aside.
2. Melt jaggery in a sauce pan and keep aside.
3. Heat milk in a pan, slowly mix the ragi paste and ghee in it with constant stirring to avoid lumps. Cook on low flame till it boils.
4. Cool the above mixture and then add jaggery syrup.
Add mango pieces or puree of your choice to the mixture and serve!
