Paddu is a lip-smacking dish, which is popular in South India. They are yummy soft and contains curry, which has an appetite tickling flavor with a good aroma. They are rich sources of Vitamin A, B, C, calcium, and iron, which helps fight infections.

Rice -30gms, Rava -15 gms, Onion-25gms, Curry leaves-10 gms, Salt to taste, Oil -10 ml
1. Soak rice and rava overnight and next day blenders into the smooth consistency
2. To the batter add chopped onions and curry leaves
3. Heat the molded pan add little oil and
4. Pour the batter into molds and cook on both sides.
Serve this hot, hot Soft Paddu with grated cheese and carrot can also be added. Choice is yours!
