Your kid needs to learn important tasks which can help him gain sensibility. You can perform pretend play which would serve as a very good learning. Setup a scene which is familiar to your kid. You can form the living room into a grocery store.

Requisites: A table counter, baskets and vegetables.

Steps:

1. You need to arrange different vegetables and fruits in various baskets. Ask your child to act as the store keeper.

2. You need to act as the customer and ask the rates of different items present in the store.

3. Observe how your child responds in this task.

You can also take the vegetables for billing and see how your kid handles this action. You can switch roles as well in this task. To make this pretend play more interesting you can even ask more people to join in.
