When will I get the payment receipt for my payment?

Payment receipt for the first payment at the time for purchase will be shared along with your policy documents after the policy approval is done. Premium receipt for future premium payments will be shared on your email in 1-2 working days after successful payment.

You can also access your payment receipt directly on the ACKO app
