Step 1: Visit the RTO in your city with the required documents.
Step 2: Request for a form to be filled for LL and fill it out with accurate details.
Step 3: Submit your application and documents along with the LL test and issuance fee.
Step 4: Take the test for LL issuance and hold it for 30 days.

Application for a DL for gearless vehicles is accepted only from applicants who are 16 years of age or older.
