Following are the steps to obtain a DL online in Uttarakhand.
Step 1: Visit Parivahan’s official website.
Step 2: Navigate to the “Online Services” option and select “DL Related Services”.
Step 3: Select “Uttarakhand” as state of residence and click on “Apply for LL”
Step 4: Provide all the required details, upload the relevant documents, pay the applicable fees and book a slot for the LL test.
Step 5: Appear for the test and obtain the Learner’s Licence after clearing the test.
Step 6: Visit the Parivahan website and select “Apply for DL” from the DL Related Services menu.
Step 7: Choose “Applicant holds DL”, fill out the form and upload the required documents.
Step 8: Go to the “Appointments” menu and book an appointment for the DL test after 30 days.
Step 9: Pay the DL and driving test fees and download the payment receipt for future reference.
Visit the RTO on the designated date and undergo the driving test. An RTO inspector will monitor the test. Upon test clearance, your biometrics data and your DL will be dispatched via post to your address.

You can submit an application for a DL offline in Uttarakhand by following the steps mentioned below.
Step 1: Visit your respective RTO and collect the Learner’s Licence form. Alternatively, you can download it from the Parivahan website.
