Step 1: Visit the Parivahan portal’s official website to access online RTO services.
Step 2: Navigate to the “Online Services” drop-down menu and select “DL Related Services”.
Step 3: Select the state name “Delhi” from the drop-down list on the next page.
Step 4: Click on “Apply for DL Renewal”, read the instructions on the next page and click the “Continue” button.
Step 5: Enter your DL number and date of birth, input the captcha code and click on “Get DL Details”.
Step 6: Verify the DL details, select the DL category, state and RTO and click “Proceed”.
Step 7: Select “DL Renewal” as the service type and fill out the online form.
Step 8: Upload the required documents and click “Submit”.
Step 9: Note the system-generated application number and print/download the acknowledgement receipt.
Visit the RTO on the designated date to submit the online application and update the details as applicable. The RTO will verify the documents and issue the renewed Driving Licence. You will receive the DL at your residential address via post.
