Animesh possesses over a decade of experience in the Insurance Sector, beginning his career with the strategy team at ICICI Lombard. Transitioning to Coverfox, an online Insurance Broking platform, he took charge of the Auto Insurance business. As a member of team of founding member and Chief Underwriting Officer at Acko Insurance, he played a crucial role in shaping the company's trajectory. Animesh defined the company's profitability charter, identified sustainable growth avenues, and formulated the product strategy, contributing significantly to Acko's development and success.

Mr. Dua has extensive and diverse experience in the insurance industry spanning over two decades. His entrepreneurial journey began in 2011 with Coverfox, one of India's early insurance broking firms. Coverfox broke into a sector dominated by traditional insurance players and agents by leveraging technology to automate and simplify the insurance journey for consumers. His experience with Coverfox led him to understand the gaps in the industry firsthand, and in 2016 he set up ACKO to connect insurance with the digital economy, making it effortlessly accessible and seamless for all customers.

Ms. Sharayu is the Group General Counsel of Acko Technology & Services Pvt Ltd, the Holding Company. She has extensive experience in the fintech, e-commerce and IT services industry. She holds a LLM degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining Acko, she led the legal team at Razorpay. She has also served as Director on the Board of Myntra Designs Private Limited.

Mr. Srinivasan V, is a Chartered Accountant with about 35 years of rich experience and has been a key strategic and functional leader across multiple industries viz. He brings with him thorough experience in various facets of Finance and accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Control Processes & automation, and Compliance and Regulatory matters. He founded CFO Bridge LLP in 2012, India’s leading CFO Shared Service Company, which is supporting Start-ups and SMEs that cannot afford a full-time CFO. His passion lies in spreading financial literacy and he has recorded several videos and blogs explaining complex financial concepts in a simple manner.

Mr. K.S. Gopalakrishnan has more than 35 years of experience. He has held leadership roles as CEO/CFO/Actuary across public and private sector life insurance and reinsurance business. He is currently an elected member of the Council of the Institute of Actuaries of India. Mr. Gopalakrishnan holds a graduate degree in Mathematics from Vivekananda College in Chennai and is an Actuary from the Institute of Actuaries of India. He has completed courses in strategy and digital technology from premiere international institutes such as Duke University, Stanford University, MIT and INSEAD.

Ms. Kalpana Sampat

Ms. Kalpana has held leadership roles across leading public sector, private sector, and reinsurance companies. Most recently, she served as the MD & CEO of Pramerica Life Insurance Limited and as CEO of Swiss Reinsurance Co. Ltd., where she was instrumental in launching the India Operations in 2015. Prior to her role at Swiss Reinsurance Co, she was the Chief Customer Service and Operations Officer for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co Ltd. A founding member of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co Ltd since 2000, she has demonstrated effective leadership in various capacities, including Chief Underwriting, Claims and Group Operations Officer, and Chief Internal Audit, Legal and Risk Control Officer.
