Use your phonе numbеr to get an OTP. Use it to log in.
Tap on “Discover” at the bottom right corner of the screen.
Choose “Get Started” and click on “Create ABHA number”.
If you want, you can tap the “Create” button to add more members to your ABHA health card.
Enter key details such as your mobile number and Aadhaar number.
Your ABHA card registration will be complete after completing the process.

Visit official website for ABHA ID registration.
Click on “Create ABHA Number”.
After clicking, you will see two options: “Create your ABHA number using Aadhaar" and “Create your ABHA number using Driving Licence”.
To proceed with the ABHA number registration, you will have to register either with your Aadhaar number or your driving licence. In this guide, we will assume that you are using your Aadhaar number for ABHA ID registration. So enter your Aadhaar number.
An OTP will be sent to the phone number connected with your Aadhaar number. Use it to complete the authentication process.
Your ABHA ID details will be derived from your Aadhaar card.

To use your driving licence for ABHA new registration, you must remember that you will have to visit your nearest ABDM participating facility for verification. On the online portal, you can only see your enrollment number.

Download the official ABHA app from the Play Store or the App Store.
Tap on “Create Now”.
Select the “Create your ABHA Number” checkbox and tap on “Continue”.
You will have to enter your Aadhaar number and select the “I agree” checkbox.
Tap on “Next”.
Select the option to create your Aadhaar using an OTP.
You will receive an OTP on the mobile number linked with your Aadhaar. Enter it.
Enter the OTP.
Create your ABHA address to finish the ABHA card registration.
You have the option to do your ABHA card registration offline by visiting a health facility.
Locate your nearest facility from the official website.
Go to the facility with your Aadhaar card.
Furnish your demographic details and finish the formalities.
Your ABHA card registration will be finished after the process is complete.
