To provide high-quality healthcare benefits to state employees and their dependents
The following are the primary features of the Chief Minister Arogya Arunachal Yojana (CMAAY):
Cashless treatment: The Arunachal Pradesh government intends to provide free treatment to eligible applicants under this health insurance system. Individuals don’t need to pay the entire bill for their treatment under the plan. The state government will fund it.
Improvements in the medical field: The CMAAY will assist state agencies in assisting the state's economically disadvantaged citizens and covering health-related costs. The initiative will also push the empanelled hospitals to deliver improved healthcare support.
The sum that the state is offering: If a family registers for the Chief Minister Arogya Arunachal Yojana (CMAAY), they can receive health insurance coverage of up to Rs. 5 lakh annually. The recipients of the application will receive Rs. 1 lakh for secondary care and Rs. 4 lakh for tertiary care.

Arunachal Pradesh natives employed by the Central Government or the public sector are not eligible to apply for this programme.
The Chief Minister Arogya Arunachal Yojana (CMAAY) application process would require the following documents:
Residential proof: This is one of the most essential paperwork for the enrollment process. It is crucial to submit the applicant's evidence of residence because the scheme is location-based, meaning it is only available to residents of Arunachal Pradesh.
Aadhaar Card: The applicant's Aadhar card details must be submitted when applying for the plan. The Aadhar of each member of the family is necessary in addition to the primary policyholder's data.
Ration Card: At the time of applying for the plan, the applicant's ration card details must be given.
Marriage or birth certificates: Families registered in the programme may be able to add new members. A recently married individual or a newborn child could be the new member.
Government-issued D cards: In the event that the scheme applicant is a government employee, they will need to present their government ID card as proof of employment to the relevant department.
Tribal Certificate: Applicants who are enrolled in the Arunachal Pradesh Schedule Tribe (APST) must present this certificate. In this instance, the state government's tribe certificate serves as evidence of their enrollment.
