Government authorities like Taluka and Civic Centers have a list of families. Only those families whose annual income is less than Rs. 4 Lakh are included in the list. The MA Vatsalya lists are dynamically generated based on the income certificate of families.
To enrol under the “MA” and “MA Vatsalya” schemes, the beneficiary family members should visit kiosks at Taluka or Civic Centers of their area. To reach the maximum number of eligible families, the State Government has also introduced mobile kiosks at local levels.
The Taluk office, Civic centres, and Mobile kiosks are well-equipped with all the hardware that will be required in the process of enrolment. This hardware is used to capture biometric information like fingerprints, iris scans, etc. Photographs of the family will also be taken. The beneficiary may have to first fill the MA Amrutam card application form in Gujarati with correct details about the family.

The member of this plan simply needs to submit the QR card to a network hospital and the verification process will begin. After a quick verification, the treatment can start and the patient does not have to wait. Moreover, these claims are cashless in nature. This reduces the financial burden on the patients and family.
After the treatment is complete, the empanelled hospital will send the details of hospital stay to the insurance company. The member of Mukhyamantri Amrutum Yojana does not have to look into this exchange of information. The claim will be then settled directly between the hospital and the insurance company.
One needs to visit an empanelled hospital to avail cashless claims during a medical emergency. Since the hospital is already registered to serve members of Mukhyamantri Amrutum Yojana, there would be less hassle while settling a claim. Here is the MA card hospital list for your reference:
