Remember how you were tossed in the air and you just loved the view from the top? Babies too love it when they are moved up and down. Here is a simple and fun activity that helps to develop your baby's gross motor skills.

Steps:

1. Sit by bending your legs in front of you, Hold your baby's legs on your feet and place his tummy on your legs. Hold his hands firmly.

2. Bend back and lie down by lifting your baby with your legs. Your legs have to be parallel to the ground while your baby should have your legs as a support. Bend your legs up and down. 3. Move him up and down as if he is flying. You will surely see the little one flash his million dollar smile at you.

This activity can also be a good exercise for you too. While you both have fun in the game, it also develops the baby's muscles and strengthens the large muscles in both hands and legs.
