You might have observed that your baby already likes to collect things and pick up stuff which are on the floor. Here is an activity that makes your baby have fun in picking things, while it also develops fine motor skills.

Steps:

1. Buy a few different colors and large buttons which do not cause a choking risk to your baby and put it in a small paper bag.

2. Give it to your baby in his hands and show him what is inside the big thing by lifting one of the buttons and putting it back in.

3. Let your baby take one by one button out. When all are done, make him put one by one back into the bag.

Taking things out and putting it in is a fun game for babies and they love it. While your baby plays taking things out, it develops a good grip and strengthen muscles in the fingers.
