Your child's appetite is growing now and quite naturally she is getting more accustomed to being fed. Feeding is an important part of parenting. While as a mother you feel that your baby isn't eating enough, there might be occasions when you over feed your child. Well, it is important to know that the way under nourishment is bad, over feeding your child is also not good for her health. However, many times you might not realize that you are over feeding your baby and the whole thing happens in oblivion.

What you need to know
Loss of appetite is one of the most common and indicative symptom that you little may be over fed. She may refuse to eat time and again until there is a time gap between two feeds. Check if you are feeding your baby too often. Ideally there should be at least two hours of gap between two feeds.
If you notice that your little one is reasonably uncomfortable after a meal, this is again a clear indication that he is over fed. Vomiting after having food without any apparent medical reason is yet again an indication that your child might have been over fed.
