1. Keep small sized lemons and spoons ready. The spoon should be big enough to fit in the lemon.

2. Children have to hold the the tail of the spoon in their mouth while the lemon is placed in the other end.

3.Now they have to walk to a predecided destination without dropping the lemon.

4. Adults supervision is suggested to ensure that children are not making use of their hands.

Isn't that’s a fun activity for an outing or a picnic ? It helps children to concentrate.It strengthens large muscles and bones while they have loads of fun.
