As the child is growing he is learning about new tasks. He is taking active part in sports and other physical activities. This activity is all about throwing a ball, it not only helps your kid enhance his motor skills but will also make him competitive.

Steps:
1. Take your child to an open area. Ask him to throw the ball to a maximum distance.
2. If your child is unable to do so the first time let him try again. Advise him on how it is done. Observe his throw.
3. Later, offer a fine demonstration so that he can understand the exact technique to throw far. Show him how it is done. Let him observe you carefully.
4. Once he gets a hang of it, try competeing with him and see who can throw the ball the maxium distance.
5. You can also teach him how to catch the ball using both his hands. Such tasks are a good test of fitness and alertness.
This activity will boost your kids physical growth and you will have the opportunity to bond with him better.
