Your child now is naturally and spontaneously creative. He likes to welcome the opportunity to show off his newest work and often a smile or a nod is all that is needed just to tell him that he is special. Here's an activity to boost his will to be creative and learn more about expressions.

Requisites: Facial Features cut out of magazines, Paper, Glue stick

Steps:

1. Ask your little one to cut out different features-like nose, ears, hair, eyes from old magazines and cover them with glue.

2. Then put these parts together and make a collage.

3. Try and put different designs made with paper to enhance the collage, encourage him to make silly faces or sad faces. Choose a particular emotion or a state of mind with these pictures.

4. Frame the collage and put it in the drawing or in the study room.

This activity is the perfect example of letting out your child’s creative side and he will feel like a true artist with all the emotions being displayed beautifully!
