At this stage when your little one starts going to school, there are lot of things that your kid learns each day. This activity will develop the fine motor skills of your child and make him learn the technique of holding a pencil firmly while writing alphabets.

Contents

Requisites: Plastic tray, flour, a stick or a pencil

Steps:

1. Give your child a plastic tray filled with flour just to the surface level.

2. Now place this tray on the floor and sit with your child comfortably.

3. Tell your child to draw different alphabets on the flour with the help of pencil or stick.

4. Just see the formation of alphabets while he is tracing it on the flour.

5. Your kid will love to draw different and also remember them correctly.

This activity enhances the memory power of your child as he or she tries to remember the order of the alphabets as well as their formation. Don’t worry if the alphabets are wonky. Your kid develops better motor skills after several attempts.
