How To Apply A Band-Aid

You as a parent need to teach your kid about basic first-aid. You can make your child learn how to apply a band-aid if there is a minor wound.

Steps:

1. Make your kid wash his wound with water or a wet cloth.

2. Teach him how to open a band-aid and apply it onto the wound. A band-aid generally has two segments of butter paper that needs to be removed.

3. Ask your kid to remove a single side and paste it across one end and then apply the second one to completely cover the wound.

This would require few days of practice before perfecting the correct technique. Always make sure your kid comes home and tells you about the incident so that you can observe the wound in a better way.
