Your child is now growing more understanding and is most certainly going to enjoy more bonding time with you. A family hike is the perfect way to interact with family and spend time outdoors and make your kid more affectionate towards their near and dear ones.

    Requisites: Water, healthy snacks, comfortable clothing, a backpack for each hiker.

    Steps:

    1. Schedule your hike for the morning when the weather is cool and everyone in the family is fresh.

    2. Plan the location not too far away. Plan for about two hours with a 15-minute break in between.

    3. Take healthy snacks like fresh fruits and dry fruits.

    4. Ensure that your child drinks a lot of water to keep themselves hydrated .Choose an easy pace for the hike and let your child enjoy the nature.

    5. At the end, ask them what they observed and discuss about the hike.

    In this way ,you can bring your child closer to nature and help him appreciate the same.
