Steps:

1. Freeze the insects in the ice tray, the day before the activity.

2. Take the frozen ice cubes.

3. Let your child place them in the tray.

4. Tell your child that when they are ready to play the game, you will help pour some warm water over each ice cube to see if anything is hidden in it.

5. As warm water is poured, the ice cube starts melting, to reveal an insect.

6. Let your child explore the insect under the magnifying glass and talk about it with your child!
