A family hike is the perfect way to interact and bond with your kid, not only you but other family members will also get time to know him better. This is a good opportunity to spend time outdoors.

Requisites: Water, healthy snacks, comfortable clothing, a backpack for each hiker.
Steps:
1. Schedule your hike for the morning when the weather is cooler, your kiddo and other family members should be is fresh.
2. Plan the location not too far away. Plan on about 1 hour out and 1 hour return with a 15-minute break in between.
3. Take healthy snacks like fruits, almonds with raisin, carrots.
4. See that your child drinks a lot of water to keep himself hydrated. Set an easy pace for the hike and let your child enjoy the nature while bonding with family members.
5. In the end ask him what he observed and discuss about the hike.
Your child needs nature and loves to explore it. This is a great time for family bonding and building strong relationships.
