Let's Make Paper Heart Trees

Requisites: One A4 size red sheet of paper, an A3 size red cardboard, glue, scissors, sticker tape, glass, ruler, pencil.

Steps:

1. To make the cone place your ruler in the corner of the red cardboard sheet. Measure 30 cm along the top edge and mark it with a pencil. Now shift the ruler slightly and measure another market 30 cm. Keep marking 30 cm mark in an arc until you have a quarter of a circle drawn out.

2. Cut the quarter circle out and role it into a cone shape. Put the sticker tape on it .Your tree’s base is ready.

3. Now take the red sheet of paper and cut strips of at least 2 and 1/2 inches in width. Fold it so that you get six folded papers one after the other. At first make a heart template on a rough paper .

4. Then cut out six hearts from the folded strip of the red sheet.

5. Cut multiples hearts to start pasting on your conical tree.

6. Stand your conical tree on a glass so that you can reach to the bottom edge .

7. Starting from the bottom edge, start sticking the heart with the pointed edge facing upwards.

8. Keep overlapping hearts in a row until you have covered the whole cone.

9. Now your tree is ready with all its paper hearts.
