Make A Jellyfish!

This fun filled science activity is not only a good idea to engage your kiddo but also doesn't cost much. This is one of the best recycled craft ideas. Moreover, it will help your kiddo to develop creativity and motor skills.

Requisites: A small transparent plastic bag, a rubber band or a string about 15 cm long, an empty 2 liter cold drink bottle, scissors, blue food coloring.

Steps:

1. Take a shopping bag and cut off the handles of the bag so that you can have a plain square of plastic.

2. Now make a jellyfish with the bag by tying a section of the bag with the string to make the jellyfish head.

3. And also cut the other part into strips so that you can get jellyfish’s tentacles.

4. Take a bottle and fill about ¾ water in it, add 2 drops of food coloring to it.

5. Push the jellyfish into the bottle and watch it swim.

This is simple and an easy craft for your kiddo. Always remember to supervise your kiddo while he uses scissors. Ask your kiddo to shake the bottle to watch his jellyfish swim. Now get ready to answer questions about jellyfish.
