Teach your child how to create simple decorative items. Such tasks would help your little one improve his fine motor skills. Make sure you are there to assist your kid at every step.

Requisites: A paper plate, rainbow coloured frills, scissors and glue.

Steps:

1. Take the paper plate and turn it upside down.

2. You need to take frills of rainbow (seven) colours and cut them in equal length.

3. Now paste them one by one on the paper plate using glue.

4. You can decorate this with other stationery items to make it look attractive.

This decorative piece can be hung in your kid’s room. Ask your child to repeat the steps and create a paper plate rainbow of his own. Be there to supervise his actions so that he doesn’t go wrong.
