Physical activities are a must for your growing kid. You can utilize the playground for performing interesting tasks which would keep your child fit and active. You as a parent must also participate in physical tasks to test your child.

    Steps:

    1. When you know your child can balance his body then you can ask him to run with one leg.

    2. Offer a basic demonstration by pulling one leg in the air and hopping forward.

    3. Let your kid practice this on his own until he perfects it.

    4. Compete with him in a one-legged race.

    You have to make sure that the area chosen for the race is not rough. Prefer a grassy area for this task. You have to be there to support your child when he practices to balance his body on one leg.
