This is a really fun way to keep your child entertained. Make sure your kid is in a good mood. Make him learn how to create a rainbow tray design.

Requisites: Salt, colours, stick and a big tray.

Steps:

1. You need to make your child sit and observe your actions.

2. Take a tray and colour it with seven different colours.

3. Now take salt and cover the tray with it.

4. You need to ask your child to take a stick and run it in the salt. A rainbow streak would appear when the stick is being moved in the tray.

Similar activities can be performed to make your kid learn about colours and patterns. You can paint animal figures, alphabets or numbers to make this activity more interesting.
