Work on your child’s fitness by practicing new activities. You can utilize the garden area for performing physical tasks that keeps your child active. You can race with your child in a unique way. This is a group activity so make sure that there are minimum four people available.

Requisites: Eggs and big spoons.

Steps:

1. Ask your child to balance the egg in the spoon and cover a certain distance.

2. Now after that distance he needs to pass on the spoon to his partner.

3. This is a unique relay race which would teach your child about focus and determination.

Let your child practice balancing before competing in the race. Ask more people to join in this task so that your child stays motivated.
