Steps:

1. Take a piece of paper and write down 10 things randomly that you know and give it to your kid. Your kid should see all the things written in the paper.

2. Give him few seconds to glance through the paper. Too much of time is useless, so limit the time that you are giving it to your kid. After which, you need to get the paper and add the 11th item in the list.

3. As the things are split across the paper, the names will not be in order. Challenge your kid to find the new ones added to the list.
