1. Remove all jokers from the cards and distribute the cards evenly between you and your child.

2. Now pick two cards at the start of each of yours deck and sum them, the player whose sum is more, gets all four cards.

3. If in a round, both of you have the same sum, then it is a sum war, in which you both will pick three cards each and the one with higher sum gets all six cards to keep. In the end the player with maximum cards wins.
