Learning to brush teeth is a very important and basic activity your child must be proficient in, so that she has healthy teeth and does not fall victim to dental issues in future. This activity will help your child maintain her permanent teeth.

Steps:

1. Take some toothpaste on your brush and ask your kid to do the same. Now start brushing in clockwise direction and ask your kid to follow.

2. Now, do the same in anticlockwise direction and ask your kid to follow. Finally in straight direction.

3. Now ask her to spit and rinse her mouth with water properly. Also, tell her not to swallow the paste.

Show white and shiny teeth and motivate her to brush like this regularly for at least five minutes. Praise your child every time motivate her.
