Teach A Fun Activity Of Flying A Kite

Work on your kid’s motor skills by teaching him how to fly a kite. This is a fun task which is also a good learning for your child.

Requisites: A kite, thread and a toothpick.

Steps:

1. Teach your child how to poke holes into the kite and tie the thread.

2. The next is to teach your child judge the wind speed. Getting familiar with the wind direction is also important.

3. Then you need to swing the kite up in the air in the direction of wind so that it glides away. Let her observe your actions. Now you need to teach her how to control the kite with the thread.

4. Teach her to pull the thread so as to lift the kite and give small jerks to change its direction.

Hand over the thread to your kid and make her handle it. Isn’t it a creative and fun task? Try it on a weekly basis with your kid.
