    Steps:

    1. Ask your child to follow your actions.
    2. Go down on your hands and stretch your limbs.
    3. Now start walking forward with your hands and limbs. Keep your head straight and use your hands to push the body forward.
    4. Ask the child to copy the same movement. You can even compete with the kid once he perfects this motion.

    This activity is a good way to exercise the kid’s body. Do not select an area that has sharp objects or uneven surface. Cheer the kid when he practices. Motivate him to continue for a longer time. You would get a good exercise too.
