Children love to learn while they play. Fun filled activities help them to understand things better. Here is an activity that helps to learn about the concept of camouflage as well as improve gross motor skills while the child has fun.

Steps

1. Hide items in plain sight and tell them the color in which it’s camouflaged. For example, a brown teddy on a brown table.

2. Ask the child to find the item depending on the color. The item must be placed on that colored place itself.

3. Teach him or her about the camouflage concept,how it is helpful and why it is necessary for some.

Isn't that an easy way to spend an afternoon of a holiday? While the child enjoys finding things, the activity also helps in learning and strengthening their large muscles as they run to find the same. This activity can be both indoor and outdoor.
