Unleash Your Gardening Creativity

A fairy garden is a perfect way to help your kid learn more about plants. It is a fun project for you and your kid, and an enchanting way to spruce up your balcony, terrace or backyard.

Requisites: A terracotta pot or cemented pot (any shape), potting soil, few small planters, pebbles, random toys, benches or chair, fairy

Steps:

1. Fill the pot with potting soil.

2. Make a boundary with small planters.

3. Use pebbles to make a path and other decorative items to arrange in the pot.

4. Place a bench to make your fairy sit on it.

5. You can experiment with various interesting arrangements by placing all the items for decoration.

6. Once done, water the garden regularly.

7. Use your imagination to decorate it more. You can make a small pond, a tree house etc.

Do this activity along with your child to inculcate nature-friendly habits in him. Your child will love to take care of his fairy garden and will make another one on his own.
