Now that your child is approaching the age of four, her mind is developing at a fast pace every day. Your little one is curious and loves to learn new things around her. So, this activity will help in building her vocabulary and a sense of touch as well as shapes.
Contents
Requisites: A cardboard box, sandpaper, a ball, a banana, a spoon, ice cube.
Steps:
1. Let your child play this game with her friends.
2. Take a cardboard box and make a hole in it so that the hand can easily fit into the box.
3. Now turn by turn put objects in the box without showing them to your kid’s friends.
4. Ask them to touch and feel the object and tell about it.
5. Reward your child and friends when they guessed it right on their turn.
This activity will increase the vocabulary of your child as she will name all the products one by one. This will also increase the sense of competitiveness as your child will want to win and earn points. The sense of touch and feel will strengthen as your kid will reveal each object without looking at it.
