Is your kiddo a zoo lover? Then why not bring a zoo at home. This activity will keep your toddler busy for hours. It will also help your kid to develop his motor and imagination skills.

Requisites: Reference books, stuffed/toy animals, magazines

Steps:

1. Cut pictures of the animals from magazines or newspapers or you can take stuffed/toy animals similar to that of the zoo.

2. Tell your toddler that he has to pretend as a zookeeper and the toys are animals of the zoo.

3. Now spread these animals on the floor.

4. As the zookeeper is responsible for gathering the animals so he has to pick picture or toy animals from the floor and put them in one place.

5. Once the animals are in place, tell your kiddo that a zookeeper should have full knowledge about the animals regarding their lifestyle, habitat, etc. and can refer to the reference books if needed.

6. You can also create animal habitats for your child as well.

7.You can now tell your little zookeeper how to give highlights to tourists about the zoo.

This activity will not only soothe your little fantasy lover but also will boost his confidence level.
