Well, your baby doesn't dream much. And if at all there are flashes they are limited to a few random images without any language. Your baby will not have dreams until she is 2-3 years old and develops a language.
At times your baby may make a crying or frightened noise in her sleep. Do not be alarmed or try to wake her up, as it could startle her. The whimpers and grunts during sleep are not associated with dreams, they are just a regular part of her sleep. So you can rest assured that your baby is not facing any nightmares as of now.
