Keep An Eye On Your Sleeping Baby As You Carry On With Your Work

Now that your little one is becoming more mobile, it is critical that you keep a close watch on him. If he is asleep and you want to get some work done, ensure that you take certain precautions before leaving him on his own.

Make certain that your child is sleeping in a secure place from where there is no chance of falling if he rolls over. Put him in a cot with the railings up. Keep checking the safety and height of the railings as your little one grows stronger and taller. If he is sleeping in a bed, make sure that there are walls or barriers to prevent falling.

Make sure that you are within earshot, so that you can hear your kid if he wakes up. If covering or swaddling him in a blanket, keep checking that the blanket has not accidentally covered his mouth or nose as he moves around in his sleep.
