There is a difference between what you percieve the best for your child and others do. So, no matter what anyone is eating, if you feel that this is the best that you can give your child, then stick to it. Just because certain food items are regularly in taken by your neighbor’s child or your relative’s kid, doesn’t call for it to be fed to your little one. Possibly your little one will revolt or at times be nagging about the food. But, explain to him the needful so that he knows that what you are giving him is best for him and he is going to stay healthy with the kind of food he is eating.
