Expose Your Kid To Conversations In Various Situations

Team AckoFeb 8, 2024

You must have seen at this point that mostly it happens, when we are sitting with friends, we leave the kids to fend for themselves. While we are busy with our own talks, the child either gets bored, or if he has company, keeps himself busy elsewhere.

This is not a bad thing to do, if the child has company. But if he doesn’t have friends to play with, then it is important that even amongst your friends, he is allowed in too. Incorporate him in the gang and allow him to have fun as well.

Talk what he is comfortable with and the topics that he finds interesting. Appreciate what he says and encourage him to speak more. However, ensure that none makes a pass on him or rebuke or laugh at anything that your child blurts. This is fun way of building his confidence and also telling him that his presence matters.
