Personal hygiene is one of the most important things that needs to be taught to your child, right from a very young age. This can be done without much effort if your child enjoys each one of the routine tasks that are to be carried out on a daily basis.
1. Establish a routine for your child's everyday activities. Brushing his teeth, bathing, picking up his toys after he is done playing with them, etc. can be a few things you can start off with. As your child performs all of these on a daily basis, it becomes more of a habit than a chore, and he will begin to do the same even if he is not monitored or told to do so.
2. Make your child wash his hands and feet after going out, before a meal, after playing, using the bathroom, etc. If your child sees you do all of these, he will want to do the same even more. Also, you will be setting a great example him!
3. If your child is particularly cranky at bath time or clean up time, add a fun spin to the activity by singing a song or by clapping. This serves as motivation and your child will feel appreciated.
4. Keep telling your child over and over, the importance of personal hygiene and how much of an impact it can have over his health. Dramatize it to an extent so he really takes it seriously.
5. Introduce rhymes and stories in which the plot talks about hygiene. This will help your child associate the action with words. Then, he will easily be able to do as told by you as he would have had a visual representation of the same.
The journey of your child’s growth starts with you. As a parent, you must ensure your child's safety and security. Considering life insurance is a smart step towards achieving long-term financial goals.
With modern technologies, it is easy to find online life insurance policies such as 1 crore term insurance for comprehensive financial protection. When buying term life insurance, always take your time to read and understand the terms and conditions before making any decisions. You can also use an online premium calculator to compare policies and premiums, helping you make informed financial decisions.
