How To Protect Your Kiddo's Eyes?

You can have a safe window for your kid to watch TV, and rest of the time he can dwell on other things. Good nutritious food is also important in order to keep the eyes in good health. Carrot, fish, spinach are some of the food items that boosts good eye health.
