Carom seeds and jaggery are known to be a great combination to cure cough and cold. Together they not only help in clearing congestion but also are rich thymol, pinene, sodium and anti-oxidants.

1. Crush the carom seeds (1 tsb) in grinder and mix it with Jaggery (3 tsb) and turmeric (1 tsb).

2. If you like you can increase the ratio of the Jaggery.

Mix this powder with either milk or water and feed it to your little one.
