Stick some 5 pictures of favourite dishes of your child on the paper plates and some 5 other dishes. Offer the plates one by one and let your child say ‘yes please’ for his favourite dish and ‘no thank you’ for other dishes.

5. Other words for polite rejection: You can also familiarise your child to use the words ‘sorry, I don’t want’ for refusal and enrich his vocabulary.
