    1. Trampoline is attached to springs hence always check if it is strong and secure. If the spring snaps when your child jumps, he will fall off and get hurt.

    2. The mat which your child jumps on should be of good quality and safety pads should be around it to cover the steel frame and spring. If you can add net around it.

    3. Make sure the level is appropriate and easy for the child to jump and balance well.

    4. Always clean the trampoline, remove any sticks, toys, leaves, etc so kids do not get hurt while jumping.

    5. When your kid uses the trampoline, ensure that there is a lot of clear space above and on the sides. This is to make sure that kids don’t jump into wires, trees or objects above the trampoline while jumping.

    6. Make sure that the trampoline has safety bars on the sides so that the kids do not fall off.

    7. Always ensure your child is dressed appropriately for using trampoline. No loose ends, or strings of dress hanging out.

    8. Avoid too many kids at once, else they might bump each other.

    9. Jumping over trampoline after lunch or snacks, juice, etc. has its own consequences, so avoid it.

    10. Always be near your child when he uses the trampoline and do not encourage any stunts over it.

Bouncing over trampoline is fun but always stay safe!
