Use A Wheeled Item For Walking

Team AckoFeb 8, 2024

At this point, when you see your child try to walk, you may be eager to encourage her walking habit. The best method is to hold your child’s hand and make her walk for a little longer for her to get the grip in her feet and that will lead her to be more confident to walk in her next try.

Another way is to use wheeled items for your child, just for her to feel how walking can be done without your help. Most of the children will be able to start their two wheeler education from about the age of 2. Mostly children will be more active when they start walking, and if you use walker for the first time they will be more playful than concentrating on walking, don’t get agitated by your child’s behavior, instead try to explain the use of the walker, once your child gets the hang of it, she will follow your instructions. However, it is always advisable to be natural and let your child's walking development take its own natural course than using a walker. You teaching her to walk holding her hand too is a much better option.
