Consume red meat such as beef and lamb to increase the amount of zinc in your diet. Consume wholegrain bread and cereals in your diet, avoid white bread as this is not healthy and is high in sugar as well. Chew on some nuts on daily basis and consume lots of milk, eggs and cheese at this stage. This will increase the amount of energy in your body. Do not go for saturated fats that are found in meat, dairy products and baked food. Stay away from chips and cookies that contain unsaturated fat and is high in sugar as well.
