Aam Sandesh is an exquisite Bengali dessert, which is easy to make and delicious to eat. The mango flavour infused in sandesh is just awesome that you can't resist from taking more.

    Ingredients to make Aam Sandesh:

    1 litre full cream milk, 1 cup mango puree, 1/4 cup milk powder, ½ cup powdered sugar, 1 pinch saffron dipped milk, 2 tbsp lemon juice, chopped pistachios

    Steps to make Aam sandesh:

    1. Boil milk in a deep pan. Simmer and add lemon juice to curdle it. Strain paneer and keep aside.

    2. Hang the paneer in muslin cloth to drain excess water.

    3. Mash paneer with your palm till smooth. Add mango puree, milk powder, powdered sugar.

    4. Cook in a pan till the mixture thickens. Allow it to cool.

    5. Make small round balls or sandesh. Garnish it with saffron starnds and chopped pistachios.

    Serve Aam Sandesh and enjoy this recipe.
